The goal at FIT4TEK is to improve performance by helping fine-tune the technical, tactical awareness of players.
All sessions are high intense whilst trying to promote a willingness to want to progress from players. FIT4TEK focuses on strengthening individual players talents and developing their areas of weakness. The program is designed to get players match fit or to help aid recovery of injured players back to match practice.
We focus on building players technique with the ball and working them into more advanced movements at game speed. Being comfortable on the ball as a player helps not only their confidence but all round game. Footwork plays a major part in the game now days. Sessions will focus heavily on improving speed, agility and changes of direction with and without the ball.
For me as a player and coach i believe the first 5 yards are crucial, whether it’ll be to create space, regain space or a 1v1 battle mentally. We believe high intensity and consistency in training help reproduce high performances in game situations.

Reece started FIT4TEK in October 2016. Combining over 8 years worth of player development coaching, 350 semi-professional football appearances and counting. Reece started FIT4TEK because he believes any player has the ability to improve and progress there career if certain areas are focused on.

Reece has established a great reputation around non league football. He has developed over the years as a player and moved up from Step 10 to Step 5 Conference National League. At the highest level of non league football Reece achieved the most capped appearance for Welling United FC during the 2015/2016 Season making 56 club appearance. Whilst playing at a high level of football Reece dedicated himself to coaching football and to see if he could help players progress in the same way he is doing.
